Returns and Refunds

a. Our return and Refund policy is not available.

b. Refund will be done only in cases where product is unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed.

c. If a product is damaged during shipping, please ensure that a product opening video is mandatory for any refund to take place, in absence of a product opening video there will be no refunds done from WooShoppy. d. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the same payment account used during the transaction via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.
